WHAT CLIENTS MUST DO:
- wait in your car/outside until we are ready for you
- wear your mask
- must be prepared to answer all covid 19 screening questions
- wash hands upon arrival
- DO NOT wear gloves into the salon (they will provided for you if you choose)
- come with clean, DRY hair
- DO NOT bring any family or friends with you
- only bring essential items into the salon (keys, wallet, phone)
- PLEASE cancel your appointment if you or anyone you are in close contact with has any symptoms
- if you are in the medical field: we thank you for your service! we will have to ask that you do not enter the salon after a shift before showering and changing clothes
WHAT WE ARE DOING:
in addition to all our usual procedures
- wear our masks
- rearranged stations to allow for 6ft of distancing
- only perform services on one client at a time
- wear face shields while in closest contact (at hair washing sinks and for brow/lash services)
- use of disposable capes/aprons as needed
- provide hand sanitizer
- disinfect ALL color utensils
- all service providers have completed a BARBICIDE certification for added sanitation knowledge
CHANGES TO SERVICE:
- a credit card on file will be required to book ALL appointments
- no waiting area
- it is highly recommended that we keep blowdrying to a minimum so we will not be doing it unless it is necessary to your service (e.g. keratin and/or extension services)
- no magazines or use of coffee/water stations
- envelopes will be provided for anyone paying in cash... we will NOT have any change on hand
- you may be asked to break up services that require multiple blow dries (e.g. keratin treatments)
- there may be a slight change in price to your services (ask your service provider for details)
